基于计算机多媒体声音资源的体感诱发电位刺激器的研制

介绍一种新的用于刺激产生体感诱发电位的神经刺激器。此刺激器是基于计算机的多媒体声音资源,并且巧妙地运用声卡本身的模数和数模转换功能,将声音波形文件通过计算机声卡输出,借助于后面简单、稳定的电压扩展电路和恒流恒压源电路,得到0~100V范围内连续可调电压的刺激信号并且这些信号有不同的电流档限制。从而确保刺激器既可产生稳态体感诱发电位,又可以产生瞬态体感诱发电位。

英文摘要:

A new nerve stimulator used for stimulating human bodies to generate somatosensory evoked potentials is presented in this paper. This stimulator is based on the multimedia sound resources of the computer, And it delicately uses the A/D and D/A conversion function of the sound card itself. The sound waveform files are played through the sound card of the computer. Finally by virtue of the following simple and steady voltage enlarged, constant-current and constant-voltage circuit, we can get continuously adjustable stimulus intensity of 0-100V stimulus signals which are confined by different current shelfs. This guarantees the stimulator to generate both the steady-state somatosensory evoked potentials and the transient-state somatosensory evoked potentials.
