采用多光束干涉法测量了弹流接触区冲击形成的封闭润滑油的流动,研究了在弹流接触区冲击所形成的封闭润滑油核心在不同条件下的移动规律.结果表明,在纯滚动条件下,封闭润滑油以卷吸速度在接触区移动;在玻璃块纯滑动时,封闭润滑油核心的移动速度明显小于卷吸速度,而钢球纯滑动时润滑油核心的移动速度大于卷吸速度.可见在弹流接触中壁面滑移的存在,该滑移是由润滑油在界面处应力超过其与固体壁面的亲合力所引起的.
Flow of the entrapped lubricant formed by impacting in elastohydrodynamic contact region was observed by optical interferometry, and the movement of the entrapped lubricant core was measured in different conditons. Results show that the entrapped lubricant moved at the same velocity as the entrainment velocity under pure rolling condition. Under pure glass disc sliding, the velocity of the entrapped lubricant was much slower than that under pure rolling, however under pure steel ball sliding condition, the velocity of the entrapped lubrication was a little more smaller than the entrainment velocity. The present results confirm the existence of wall slippage in elastohydrodynamic lubrication contact, and the stress of the interface was larger than the bond of the solid and the lubricant which caused the slippage.
