英文摘要：

This paper generalizes the definition of J-characteristics and shows that a 3-level factorial design is uniquely determined by its J-characteristics. The main result is an explicit formula which relates the set of design points to that of J-characteristics. Through this formula, projection justification of minimum G2-aberration is established.
