The ultimate goal of ecological sensitivity analysis, ecological analysis of the regional environmental, scientific planning, protection of sensitive areas of good study area within the rational development of the weak sensitivity of the area. Yuxi City, the sensitivity of habitats and soil erosion sensitivity analysis to evaluate the ecological service functions, provided a basis for decision making and reference for better protection of Yuxi biodiversity. The results showed that the the Yuxi City habitat extremely sensitive area of 65 061.78 hm2 ,accounting for 4. 34% of the land area of the city,mainly the three lakes of water and Yuanjiang River Valley in southern part of the valley region;plant species diversity in Yuxi City,Yunnan Province of plant diversity had an important role to protect the species diversity of Yuxi City, the first to protect the good and diverse natural ecosystems.
