植物油替代矿物绝缘油时与普通纤维绝缘纸组成的绝缘系统的老化研究是该种组合绝缘实际应用的重要基础,为了掌握植物油与普通纤维绝缘纸组成的复合绝缘的老化特性,通过植物绝缘油与普通纤维绝缘纸组成的复合绝缘在90℃、110℃和130℃下的加速老化试验,分析了聚合度与老化时间的关系;研究了油中水分含量、CO2/CO与老化时间、聚合度的关系。结果表明:聚合度与老化时间的关系满足微分形式的降解方程;油中水分含量、CO2/CO与聚合度有较好的对应关系,可以用它们作为评估由植物油和普通纤维绝缘纸组成的绝缘系统老化程度的参量之一。
In order to master ageing properties of vegetable oil-kraft paper insulation system deeply, , through accelerated thermally ageing tests for oil-paper insulation at 90 ℃, 110 ℃ and 130 ℃, the relationships between degree of polymerization (DP) of insulating paper and ageing time at different temperatures are analyzed, and the relationships between water content dissolved in oil,CO2/CO dissolved in oil, DP of insulating paper and ageing time are studied also. Therefore, the conclusions can be drawn as follows: the variation between DP of insulating paper and ageing time can be figured by the differential degradation equation, water content dissolved in oil and CO2/CO dissolved in oil has corresponding relevance with DP of insulating paper, so they can be used as one of parameters for evaluating ageing grade of the vegetable oil-kraft paper insulation system.
