为提高集装箱码头同贝同步装卸中岸桥与场桥作业效率,降低集卡空驶,提出了一种新的码头堆场堆存方法,即进出口集装箱混合堆存策略.以最小化场桥装卸作业的移动时间及翻箱时间为目标,建立出口集装箱装船顺序优化模型,通过优化出口集装箱装船顺序,增加场桥双循环次数,提高岸桥作业效率.设计了求解模型的启发式算法,并利用算例验证了模型和算法的有效性,分析了不同堆场布局的影响.结果表明,混合堆存策略能有效提高场桥的作业效率,本文构建的模型为提高岸桥同贝同步装卸效率提供了依据.
To increase the double cycling efficiency of quay cranes and yard cranes and decrease the unloaded distance of trucks, this paper proposed a mixed storage strategy in container yard. With the objective of minimizing moving time and rehandling time of yard cranes, a loading sequence optimization model for export containers is developed to increase dual cycles. Finally, we use a heuristic algorithm to solve the model and analyze the validity of our model and algorithm. The results show mixed storage strategies can increase the efficiency of yard cranes efficiently and our model of optimizing loading sequence for export containers contributes to increasing the double cycling efficiency of quay cranes.
