以外式-N-乙酰氧基-7-氧代双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰胺(AOHD)或外式-N-苯磺酰氧基-7-氧代双环[2.2.1]庚-5-烯-2,3-二羧酰胺(POHD)为单体,以Grubbs络合物RuCl2(PCy3)2(=CH.Ph)为引发剂进行开环歧化聚合(ROMP),获得大分子引发剂PAOHD.Br(M0:5.53x103,PDI:1.09)或PPOHD.Br(M0:8.50×100,PDI:1.49)。再以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为单体、以双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇二酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,在大分子引发剂PAOHD-Br或PPOHD-Br作用下,通过电子转移使活化剂再生的原子转移自由基聚合(ARGETATRP)成功地制备出数均分子量为(4.92~5.03)×105的微凝胶负载的酰化试剂(MGARs)。
A Ring Opening Metathesis Polymerization (ROMP) was conducted with exo-N-acetyl-7-oxabicyelo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboximide (AOHD) or exo-N-phenylsulfonyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxinaide (POHD) as a monomer and Grubhs complex RuC12(PCy3)z(=CH-Ph) as an initiator, and a macroinitiator PAOHD-Br (Mn: 5.53x103, PDI: 1.09) or PPOHD-Br (Mn: 8.50×103, PDI: 1.49) was obtained. Under the function of the macroinitiator PAOHD-Br or PPOHD-Br, the microgel-supported acylating reagents (MGARs) [Mn: (4.92~5.03)×105] were successfully synthesized via Activator Regenerated by Electron Transfer for Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ARGET ATRP) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) as a monomer and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a cross-linker.
