DNA纳米技术作为高度学科交叉的研究领域,涉及生命科学、化学、物理、材料科学以及纳米技术等众多领域,近年来成为国际的前沿热点研究方向。基于DNA自组装技术,人们构建了一系列分子器件和材料。DNA超分子水凝胶作为一种智能响应性的材料,具有潜在的生物医学应用前景。本文综述了近年来该材料代表性的组装策略、响应性质和应用研究。
Abstract:In recent years, DNA nanotechnology has become a highly interdisciplinary research field, including such as life science, chemistry, physics, materials science and nanotechnology, and many other fields. Based on DNA self-assembly technology, people have constructed a series of molecular devices and materials. As a kind of smart and dynamic materials, supramolecular DNA hydrogels have potential applications in the biomedical field. This review highlights the recent important study about the self-assembled strategies, dynamic responsiveness and biomedical applications of supramoleeular DNA hydrogels.
