研究了零价铁(Zero-valent iron ,ZVI)粉和废铁屑分别去除堆浸采铀工艺废水中以铀酰离子形式(UO2+2)存在的U (Ⅵ),分析了pH值、震荡时间、反应温度、ZVI投加量、共存离子等因素对U (Ⅵ)去除效果的影响。结果表明:在pH=6,震荡时间为80 min ,ZVI投加量为1.5 g ,铀去除量为0.18 mg/g ,ZVI对U (Ⅵ)的去除率可达到98.6%,零价铁粉比废铁屑去除效率略高,共存离子Mg2+,Mn2+,Cl-,NO3-对ZVI去除U (Ⅵ)影响不超过3%,CO2-3和Cu2+影响显著。ZVI去除溶液中U (Ⅵ)以还原沉淀和吸附作用为主,吸附-还原反应遵循一级化学反应动力学方程,探讨出零价铁去除堆浸采铀工艺废水中U(Ⅵ)的机理。
The removing effectiveness of U(Ⅵ) in leaching process wastewater by Zero -valent iron (ZVI)(iron powder and waste iron scrap)has been studied .The effects of the dosage of ZVI ,pH ,shaking time and temperature on the removal efficiency are investigated .The results show that:ZVI has very good removal effect on U(Ⅵ) when pH value of solution is 6 ,the dosage of ZVI is 1 .5 g ,the shaking time is 80 min ,the removal rate of U (Ⅵ) and ZVI on U (Ⅵ) can reach 0 .18 mg/g and 98 .6% respectively;the removing efficiency of iron powder is slightly higher than that of waster scrap;the ions Mg2+ ,Mn2+ ,Cl- and NO3- have no evident influence on U(Ⅵ) removing rate ,while CO2-3 and Cu2+ affects obviously . The removal process contains reduction precipitation and sorption ,the adsorption-reduction process follows the pseudo first order reduction kinetics model and the removal mechanism of U(Ⅵ) in leaching process wastewater by ZVI is discussed .
