为解决新疆某铀矿床地浸生产中的因地下水矿化度高而容易产生化学堵塞问题,在室内研究基础上,进行淡化少试剂现场浸出试验,得出该工艺的关键技术和最佳参数。结果表明,淡化技术、氧化技术、酸化技术、加助溶剂技术是本工艺的关键技术。控制地下水矿化度小于4 g/L、溶解氧浓度250~350mg/L、溶液pH值小于6.9、HCO3-浓度为600mg/L左右为淡化少试剂工艺最佳技术参数。该工艺技术将会对同类铀矿地浸具有参考意义。
In order to avoid question of chemic precipitation which caused by high TDS in groundwater in weakly alkaline leaching ,field experiment of dilution-few reagent in-situ leaching have been done based on studying in the laboratory .the results suggest that the dilution ,oxygenation ,acidification ,increase reagent concentration are key technologies ,and TDS of groundwater less than 4 g/L ,dissolve Oxygen range from 250 to 350 mg/L ,pH less than 6 .9 ,HCO3- range from 600 to 800 mg/L are optimal technology parameter . The technology will be a reference value on the similar situ leaching .
