马尾杉属植物(石杉科)作为发现明星分子石杉碱甲的同科石杉属民间草药千层塔(即蛇足石杉)的近缘植物,具有重要的研究价值。我国马尾杉属植物共21种,其中仅8种植物的化学成分得到了不同程度的研究。石松生物碱和serratane型三萜为该属植物特征性次生代谢产物。到目前为止,已从中共分离得到78个具有多种结构类型的石松生物碱,以及26个serratane型三萜。体外活性测试表明,部分化合物具有较好的抗乙酰胆碱酯酶和一定的抗肿瘤活性。针对马尾杉属植物这2类特征化学成分及其生物活性的研究(1971年至2016年2月)进行总结和评述。总体上来讲,该属植物相较于其他石松蕨类植物代谢产生出新化合物(包括新骨架)的机率较高,但到目前为止对其研究尚不够深入,绝大多数种的化学成分及其生物活性还无人涉足,亟待深入系统研究。
Phlegmariurus plants(Huperziaceae)as the related plants of the folk medicine Melaleuca tower(Huperzia serrata)in which the star molecule huperzine A was found,have important research value.There are 21 Phlegmariurus plants distributed in China,but only 8species have been phytochemically studied.Lycopodiumalkaloids and serratane-type triterpenoids have been found to be their characteristic secondary metabolites.So far,78 Lycopodiumalkaloids with different frameworks,and 26serratane-type triterpenoids have been identified from the Phlegmariurus plants.The in vitro biological screenings revealed that some of the isolates possess remarkable anti-acetylcholinesterase effect and moderate cytotoxicities.This review covers the chemical constituents of the Phlegmariurus plants and their bioactivities reported in the literature from 1971 to Feburary,2016.This comprehensive survey reveals that the Phlegmariurus species are better sources for discovering novel alkaloids than other club mossess.Nevertheless,phytochemical and pharmacolocigal investigations on this genus are not sufficient so far,and more detailed studies are required.
