有机质在土壤培肥和调控重金属的有效性方面起着重要的作用。通过生菜和菠菜盆栽试验,研究了猪粪对土壤有效态镉和镉形态分布的变化及蔬菜可食部分累积镉的影响。结果表明:施入4%猪粪后,生菜和菠菜地上部镉含量显著降低,降幅分别为41%~51%和33%~53%;猪粪的添加使生菜土壤有效态镉含量下降20%左右,醋酸提取态和可还原态镉的含量分别下降25%和22%,残渣态和可氧化态镉含量有所上升。猪粪的添加钝化了土壤中的镉,抑制了生菜和菠菜对镉的吸收。
Organic matter plays an important role in soil fertility and modifying the bioavailability of heavy metals. The effects of pig manure (PM) on the bioavailability and speciation of heavy metals in soil and cadmium accumulation in edible parts of vegetables were investigated by lettuce and spinach potting experiments. Results showed that when added with 4% PM, Cd concentrations in shoots of lettuce and spinach decreased significantly, with ranges from 41%-51% and 33%-53% respectively. The presence of PM reduced the available Cd in lettuce soil for about 20%, and the concentrations of acetic acid and reduced Cd decreased for 25% and 22% respectively, while oxidation and residual Cd slightly increased. The addition of PM deactivated Cd in soil and thus depressed the absorption of lettuce and spinach.
