疲劳试验研究表明,FRP加固钢梁可以大大改善钢结构的疲劳寿命,但FRP端部胶层界面容易发生脱胶,影响加固效果。采用断裂力学分析方法,应用分析模型、简化分析模型和有限元方法得到胶层界面裂纹扩展过程的能量释G放率,提出避免FRP端部发生胶层界面破坏的措施。
Fatigue experimental results indicate that the fatigue life of steel structures reinforced with FRP is obviously increased as compared to steel members un-repaired, but the interface at the end of FRP often delaminates between FRP and steel beams. Analysis and simplified analysis models, finite element method are applied to calculate the energy release rate based on the fracture mechanics method, and the measures to prevent the interface from delarairiating are put forward.
