进行了四边简支夹层玻璃的承载力试验,测得了不同温度、不同厚度胶片的夹层玻璃的荷载-位移曲线,得到了温度对夹层玻璃PVB胶片力学性能的影响所引起的夹层玻璃承载力的变化关系、不同厚度胶片的夹层玻璃承载力变化关系,并且分析了胶片蠕变所引起的夹层玻璃在长期荷载作用下的位移-时间关系。最后,在考虑各种不利因素的影响以及试验分析、数值模拟的基础上,对《玻璃幕墙工程技术规范》中关于夹层玻璃在风荷载等短期荷载作用下的挠度计算公式进行了修正,并给出了修正系数,为夹层玻璃的计算提供参考。
Experimental research about the load bearing capacity of laminated glass simply supported on four sides was carried out.From tests,the load-displacement of four sides-supported laminated glasses were obtained at different temperatures,different thickness PVB films of laminated glass.And the variation of load bearing capacity due to the PVB films' mechanics at different temperatures was obtained.Meanwhile,the displacement-time was obtained reflecting the effect of long-term load on load-bearing capacity.Finally,considering all kinds of influences on capacity of laminated glass,and on the basis of finite element analysis and load bearing capacity tests,the formulas for calculating maximum displacement of four-sides supported laminated glass was revised in "Technical code for glass curtain wall engineering" and the corresponding revised coefficient was given.
