夹层玻璃的承载力与其界面粘结的PVB胶片的抗剪强度密切相关,通过PVB胶片剪切试验,测定了不同厚度、不同温度条件下PVB胶片的抗剪强度。结果表明:不同厚度的胶片,其对应的剪切应力-应变关系曲线不同,厚度大的胶片测得的剪切模量较小。温度变化对胶片的剪切应力-应变关系影响较大,随着温度升高,PVB胶片的剪切模量迅速降低。通过对试验数据的分析,得出了PVB胶片的应力-应变关系式,给出了常温和高温下的PVB胶片的剪切模量值,为建立夹层玻璃的力学模型提供了重要的试验依据。
The flexural capacity of the laminated glass is close related to the PVB film.The shearing strength of PVB films with different thickness used in different temperatures was investigated by shearing test.The results indicate that the shear stress-strain curve is different for PVB films with different thickness.The bigger of thickness,the smaller of shearing modulus is.And temperature plays a very important role in the shear stress-strain relation.The shearing modulus will decrease quickly with the increase of temperature.Furthermore,the relationship between shear stress and strain is put forward on the basement of these tests and the shearing modulus of PVB is 1.1 MPa and 0.45 MPa under normal temperature and high temperature,respectively.The tests and results in the paper will provide a good reference for establishment model of laminated glass.
