鉴于微气泡具有良好的工业应用价值,因此开展微气泡制备方法的研究具有重要意义。对电解法制备微气泡开展了详细的实验研究,电解介质分别选用自来水和氯化钠溶液。使用单反相机,详细研究了电极直径、电解电压和氯化钠浓度对微气泡直径和微气泡数目的影响情况。实验研究表明,电极直径、电解电压和氯化钠的浓度对生成微气泡的直径和数目具有重要的影响;当生成微气泡的数量增加时,微气泡的直径就会减小。
It’s significant to study deeply microbubble generation techniques because microbubbles have a great industrial value. In this paper,the microbubble generation by electrolysis was carried out detailed with the experimental method,and tap water and sodium chloride solution were chosen as electrolytic medium,respectively. With the SLR camera,authors investigated the influence of electrode diameter,electrolysis voltage and concentration of sodium chloride on microbubble diameter and number. The present studies show that the electrode diameter,electrolytic voltage and concentration of sodium chloride have important influences on microbubble diameter and number; microbubble diameter decreases with the increase of the microbubble amount.
