研究了双相不锈钢在拉伸过程中应变量与微磁信号的变化关系,分析了双相不锈钢变形状态下马氏体相变量以及微观组织变化特征。结果表明,2205双相不锈钢在拉伸变形时微磁信号随拉伸力的增大而增强,并且部分奥氏体转变为马氏体。
The relationship between strain and micro-magnetic signal of duplex stainless steel during tensile was studied. The martensitic phase change content and the change characteristics of microstructure of duplex stainless in deformation state were studied. The results show that in the tensile deformation of 2205 duplex stainless steel, the micro-magnetic signal increases with increasing tensile force, and the part of austenite changes into rnartensite.
