产品保证涉及不同的领域,由于缺乏信息传递的有效手段,在产品设计阶段不能考虑加工技术与制造成本和保证成本的相互影响。为解决上述问题,引入特征映射技术,建立了基于特征映射理论的成本优化模型,应用网络分析法和遗传算法,通过合理选择产品制造参数,实现了制造成本与保证成本的优化。并进行了应用研究,取得了很好的结果。
The product warranty involved in many fields, the interactions among technology, manufacturing cost and warranty cost were not taken into consideration in the design phase due to non-effective information communication channel. To deal with this problem, the feature mapping technology was introduced, and a cost optimization model based on feature mapping theory was established. Through using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Genetic Al- gorithm (GA) to select rational manufacturing parameters, the optimization for manufacturing cost and warranty cost was realized. Application research was also conducted, and its promising future was revealed.
