针对齿轮齿端曲面倒角加工面临的两个主要难题——成形刀具设计困难和加工过程中刀具的位姿调整费时费力,分析了成形刀具的几何结构和倒角加工过程的特点,建立了倒角加工的几何模型,推导出刀具刀刃回转面的几何模型和数学表达式,为刀具设计提供了理论基础.同时进一步简化了刀具的几何模型,以便于成形刀具的设计与刀具调整.在Pro/Engineer环境下,应用Pro/TOOLKIT开发工具,开发了刀具参数计算及仿真系统,为刀具的设计及倒角加工刀具位姿的调整提供软件工具支持.
There are two main troubles in the machining process of gear camber chamfering: one is that it is difficult to design the cutters, whose geometric parameters are usually designed by cut and try method, and the other is that it takes time and labor to adjust the cutters before chamfering process. In this paper, the geometric figure of the cutters and the characters of the process are analyzed, and then geometric model of the process is built. The geometric model and mathematical expression of the edge revolution surface are derived, Moreover, the model of cutters is simplified to make cutters design and adjustment easier. Finally, with the programming tool of Pro/TOOLKIT in the Pro/Engineer environment, a system is developed, with which the geometric pa- rameters of cutters can be calculated and process can be simulated.
