随着我国城市化的快速推进,对国土资源的需求不断增大,如何节约利用国土资源,保护生态环境,已成为当前经济社会发展面临的重要课题.文章以深圳市为研究区域,引入生态位适宜度理论,从自然、社会经济和生态环境3方面选取了25个指标构成国土资源可持续利用评价指标体系,通过加权平均模型和灰色广义关联度2种方法构建生态位适宜度模型,评价深圳市国土资源可持续利用状况.结果表明：深圳市的国土资源可持续利用程度较高,属于高度可持续利用,说明深圳市在保持经济社会快速发展的同时,生态环境也得到了较好的保护.

英文摘要：

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the demand of territorial resource is in constant growth, how to save the utilization of territorial resource has become an important issue of our society. This pa- per takes Shenzhen city as the study area, through taking the niche fitness theory and constructing 25 indicators from 3 aspects including nature, social economy and ecological environment to evaluate the sustainable utilization of territorial resources. The paper uses weighted average model and grey correlation degree model to construct niche fitness model. The results indicate that the sustainable utilization of territorial resources in Shenzhen is relatively high, and it conforms to a highly sustainable utilization. Shenzhen is in the vigorous development of the economy and society, at the same time, its ecological environment has been well protected.
