通过H62黄铜单向微拉伸实验,分析了微尺度下板料厚度与晶粒尺寸之比t/d、晶粒尺寸d对材料力学性能的影响,以及板料厚度t、晶粒尺寸d对材料各向异性的影响。微拉伸实验结果表明随着t/d的增大或者d的减小,材料的抗拉强度和延伸性能相应提高,随着板料厚度t的增大或者经退火热处理后所得晶粒尺寸d的减小,材料的厚向异性系数随之增大,经退火热处理后材料的厚向异性均大于未经热处理的原始态材料的厚向异性。
Through the micro-tensile test of H62 brass,the influence of sheet metal thickness-grain size ratio t/d and grain size d on the material properties,also the influence of sheet metal thickness t,and grain size d on the material anisotropy were analyzed.The experiment results showed that with the increasing sheet metal thickness-grain size ratio t/d,or the decreasing grain size d,the tensile strength and ductility were improved correspondingly.Also increasing the sheet metal thickness or decreasing the grain size by annealling,the anisotropy of sheet metal were improved correspondingly.After annealling the anisotropy of sheet metal is higher than the material without heat-treatment.
