植物挥发性气味物质对中红侧沟茧蜂的趋向行为影响及田间诱集效果

中文摘要:

明确不同挥发性气味物质对中红侧沟茧蜂Microplitis mediator选择行为的作用,有助于鉴定设计引诱剂以更好地利用天敌。本文采用"Y"型嗅觉仪测定了中红侧沟茧蜂对60种挥发性气味物质的趋向行为反应。结果表明,中红侧沟茧蜂对脂肪族化合物趋性最强,萜类化合物次之,芳香族化合物则相对较弱。中红侧沟茧蜂对(Z)-3-己烯乙酸酯、β-紫罗兰酮、2-十一烷酮、己醛、正辛醇、罗勒烯、橙花叔醇和香叶醇等气味的选择性最高,选择率分别为80.7%、73.2%、70.9%、69.6%、67.8%、74.1%、71.2%和67.9%,与对照相比差异极显著(P〈0.01)。为了明确田间条件下挥发性气味物质对中红侧沟茧蜂行为的影响,选择趋性效果较强的6种化合物分别制成诱芯进行了田间罩笼诱集试验,结果表明中红侧沟茧蜂对罗勒烯和(Z)-3-己烯乙酸酯的选择性最高,校正选择率分别为18.6%和14%,显著高于与其它化合物。田间应用结果与"Y"型嗅觉仪测定结果具有一致性。

英文摘要:

Understanding the taxis response of Microplitis mediator to all kinds of volatile odors is helpful to identify and design attractant to make better use of natural enemies.In this paper,Y-tube olfactometer tests were conducted to investigate taxis responses of M.mediator to 60 volatile odors.Results indicated that M.mediator were most attracted to acyclic compounds,and second to terpenoids.Aromatic compounds were least preferred.It was found that cis-3-hexenyl hexanoate,β-ionone,2-undecanone,hexanal,1-octanol,ocimene,nerolidol and geraniol had the highest attraction to M.mediator with the selectivity of 80.7%,73.2%,70.9%,69.6%,67.8%,74.1%,71.2% and 67.9%,respectively,significantly different from that of the control(P〈0.01).Field cage trapping test was performed with 6 compounds of high selectivity in Y-tube olfactometer experiments absorbed into lures.Results showed that ocimene and cis-3-hexenyl hexanoate showed higher attraction to M.mediator with selectivity of 18.6% and 14%,respectively.
