巨细胞病毒是一种可在多种组织潜伏感染的疱疹病毒,常引起宫内和产后感染,导致胎儿先天畸形或死亡。此外,免疫力低下者感染巨细胞病毒会引起多器官损害。目前国内外对中草药抗巨细胞病毒作用的研究主要集中在复方制剂、中草药粗提物以及单体成分的作用和作用机制的研究上,取得了一些研究成果,本文就此综述了近年的相关研究进展。

Cytomegaloviruses（ CMV） are ubiquitous herpesviruses that are common causes of cytomegalic inclusion disease. This disease is a generalized infection of infants caused by intrauterine or early postnatal infection with the cytomegaloviruses. Besides,immunocompromised patients infected with CMV would have multiple- organic damage. The present review was focused on anti- CMV effects and mechanisms of Chinese herbal drugs including compound preparation,herbal extract and monomer in recent years.
