芳香烃受体(aryl hydrocarbon receptor,Ah R)是一种介导芳香烃类化合物毒性反应的蛋白质。另外,它也参与一些重要的生物学过程。目前Ah R在免疫系统中的作用日益受到学者们的关注。Ah R能以配体依赖的方式调节初始T细胞(naive T cells)向调节性T细胞(Regulatory T cells,Tregs)和辅助性T17细胞(T-helper 17 cells,Th17)分化,从而调节免疫反应,并能抑制GVHD的发生。本文试图阐明目前已知的关于Ah R的生物学及Ah R调节免疫反应的机制,并对未来研究Ah R在人类免疫及相关疾病中的作用有指导意义。
Aryl hydroc arbon receptor(Ah R) is a protein which mediates aromatic hydrocarbons toxicity and also involves in a number of important biological processes. Now the role of Ah R in the immune system is increasingly concerned by researchers. Ah R can regulate Tregs and Th17 development by ligand-dependent manner, thus regulating the immune response and inhibiting the occurrence of GVHD. In this review, we will attempt to clarify the currently knowledge about the biology of Ah R, the mechanism of AHR modulating the immune responses, and the role in the related diseases.
