提出一种多通道光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)光谱成像实时监测系统,利用iHR550成像光谱仪和Synapse面阵CCD(1024pixels×256pixels)并行采集多个独立检测通道完整的光谱信息,保持单通道SPR传感器高分辨率优势的同时实现多通道检测。基于LabVIEw虚拟仪器,开发了控制iHR550成像光谱仪衍射光栅转台转动,SynapseCCD分区域数据处理和SPR数据处理的实时监测系统。
In this paper,we propose a real-time monitoring system for multi-channel fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectral imaging. With the use of iHR 550 spectrometer equipped with Syn- apse CCD (area array charge-coupled device, 1024×256 pixels), we can get the spectral data of multiple independent channels while keeping the advantage of a mono-channel SPR sensor based on the full reso- nance curve measurement. A real-time monitoring system for the control of iHR550 spectrometer, Syn- apse CCD data processing and SPR data processing is develooed based on LabVIEW.
