研究了表面改性处理炭纤维填充聚四氟乙烯(CF/PTFE)复合材料的滑动磨损性能,探讨了稀土改性剂对复合材料滑动磨损性能的影响.结果表明:稀土改性剂能够有效地提高炭纤维与聚四氟乙烯基体之间的界面结合力,从而提高CF/PTFE复合材料的滑动磨损性能;当稀土元素在稀土改性剂中的质量分数为0.3%时,CF/PTFE复合材料的滑动磨损性能最佳.
The effects of surface modification method on sliding wear behaviors of carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene(CF/PTFE) composites were investigated. The effects of rare earth modifier on sliding wear behavior of CF/PTFE composites were discussed. The results show that rare earth modifier is efficient in promoting interfacial adhesion between carbon fiber and PTFE matrix, therefore sliding wear behavior of composites can be promoted obviously. The best sliding wear behavior of the CF/PTFE composites is obtained when the content of rare earth elements is 0.3 %.
