基于RS-485和RS-232的室内实验土壤温湿度测试仪是为快速测量室内盆栽实验土壤温湿度而设计的仪器。该仪器主要包括系统硬件、主要传感器的设计及传感器接线板和监测系统的开发。通信接口选择了RS-485和RS-232;根据Topp原理自行设计了灵敏度较高的四针传感器;使用图形化界面友好的VB进行编写,实现土壤基本参数数据的采集。结果表明,测试仪测量结果准确度较高,运行可靠;系统具有良好的人机操作环境,界面友好,便于功能扩展,易于维护,适宜用于室内实验并能满足要求。
Indoor soil temperature and humidity detection instrument based on RS-485 and RS-232 was designed for rapid survey of temperature and humidity of indoor potting soil. The instrument included the design of the hardware system, the main sensor, the sensor wiring board and observation system. The RS-485 and the RS-232 were selected as the communication interface. Four-pin high sensitivity sensors were designed according to Topp principle. The observation system is programmed by the good GUI language VB, to collect the soil data. The testing results show that the instrument has a higher measurement accuracy and it is reliable. The system has a good human-computer operating environment and a friendly interface. It is easy to be functionally expanded and easy to maintenance. It is suitable for laboratory tests and can meet the requirements. This paper expounds on the composition, design and working principle of the instrument.
