As China＇s financial markets almost completely open to the outside, the competition betweenChinese and foreign banks＇ deposits and loans will become even fiercer. This paper introduces the competition theory and analyzes the Chinese and foreign banks＇ competition trends on deposits and loans by holding game theory. It believes that Chinese banks will face greater pressure from the market. Finally, the corresponding strategies are discussed.
