Rap-Stoermer 反应,一个重要的碳碳键形成的反应,将亲核取代、亲核加成以及脱水消去一系列串联过程纳入一步反应,合成重要的杂环苯并呋喃环。具有反应原料易得、条件温和等优点。近十年来,Rap-Stoermer 反应的研究取得了一系列重要进展。本文主要总结了胺类催化剂、相转移催化剂、超声、微波促进的Rap-Stoermer 反应,同时对Rap-Stoermer 反应的应用和底物拓展的重要研究结果也作了概括,探讨了Rap-Stoermer 反应存在的问题,展望了其应用前景。
Rap-Stocrmer reaction, which put the cascade process of nucleophilic substitution, nucieophilic addition and dehydration elimination into one step, is an important C-C bond formation reaction. Important heterncyclic benzofuran derivates have been constructed through this reaction which has many advantages such as convenient reactants and mild reaction conditions. In the past decade, some important research progress of Rap-Stoermer reaction has been made. Rap-Stoermer reaction catalyzing by amine catalyst and phase tranfer catalyst and promoting by ultrasonic and microwave, as well as the application of Rap-Stoermer reaction and the development of substrate were mainly summarized. The current problems and the corresponding research directions are discussed, and the application prospects are also proposed.
