土传病害是影响药材生产的重要因素,轮作是控制土传病害的有效措施。合理轮作能够抑制病原微生物的繁殖和传播,增加拈抗菌的数量,增加根际微生物的多样性,以及形成适宜的生长环境,增强植物的抗病能力。根际病原菌的数量、拮抗菌的种类和数量、微生物种群多样性等指标对评价轮作效果具有重要意义。通过对轮作机理的深入研究,能更好地保证中药材的优质、高产。
Soil-borne diseases have important influence on the production of medical plants, and crop rotation is an effective strategy to control it. Proper rotation can inhibit the reproduction and dissemination of pathogenic microorganisms; increase the number of antagonistic bacteria and the diversity of the rhizosphere microorganisms, and form a suitable growth environment that can enhance the disease resistance of plants. The number of rhizosphere pathogens, the type and number of antagonistic bacteria and the microbial diversity are effective indicators on evaluation of crop rotation effect. Further research of the rotation mechanism will be helpful to assure the quality and the high yield of herbal crop rotation.
