由于金属切削过程的复杂性及强耦合性,对切削液在金属切削过程中的作用机理研究仍未完善.为了研究切削液的冷却机理,建立了简化的切削液冷却模型,通过对模型的求解得到了传热参数对切削热传输影响的规律,在此基础上对切削液供液方位对冷却效果的影响进行了讨论.研究结果表明,在选择切削液的加入方向以使其起到有效的冷却作用时,应考虑到切削液的加入对热量分配系数的影响.
The mechanism of cutting fluid is still not well known because of the complexity and strong-coupling characteristics in metal cutting process.In order to research the cooling mechanism of cutting fluid,a simplified cooling model of cutting fluid is built.The principle of effect of heat transferring parameter on cutting heat transferring process is acquired through this model.The influence of cutting fluid supplying direction on cooling effect is discussed.The result shows that the effect of cutting fluid on heat distribution coefficient should be considered when selecting reasonable cutting fluid conducting direction in order to obtain an effective cooling function.
