为深入研究我国沿海地区的风场特性,基于2008年在温州地区实测获得的两次近地面台风风场数据,以3s、10s、1min和10min为间隔,利用滑动平均法,进行了近地面强风10min滑动平均统计特性的对比分析。研究表明,相对于采用10min为间隔的滑动平均(10min离散平均法),以3s、10s和1min为间隔的滑动平均对实测风场数据的利用更加充分,能获得连续而密集的风场特性统计值,而且其结果具有更好的连续性,能较好地揭示出平均速度、风向角、湍流度、阵风因子、湍流积分尺度和脉动风速功率谱密度函数的连续变化趋势及其短时段内的强风脉动规律;与3s和10s滑动平均相比,因1min滑动平均的计算量小,在进行风场统计特性分析时1min滑动平均方法更加简洁有效。
In order to make an intensive study of the wind field characteristics in the coastal areas of Chi- na, based on the moving average method, the contrastive study of different time interval (3s, 10s, 1min and 10min) moving average statistical characteristics of strong wind near ground in Wenzhou city during two ty phoon passages is presented. Compared with the moving average results at 10min time interval, the moving average results at 3s, 10s and lmin time interval utilized the field measurement datum more efficiently, and the more continuous and dense wind field statistics could be obtained, which can lead to a better continuous results and variation trend of mean wind speed and direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor, turbulence integral length scale, power spectral density of fluctuating wind speed, and the change regularity at some special time interval, especially in strong wind conditions. Compared with 3s and 10s time interval moving average method, the lmin time interval moving average method is more convenient in the statistical analysis of wind field for itrs efficiency and lest computation burden.
