采用了化学结合水法(Chemical Combined Water Content Method, CC)和水化热法(Hydration Heat Method,HH)共同研究了不同粉煤灰掺量、不同养护温度和不同水胶比下粉煤灰-水泥复合浆体(FlyAsh-Cement,FA-C)的整体水化程度。通过水化产物解耦分析得到了粉煤灰-水泥复合浆体理论完全水化时的化学结合水含量;通过提高养护温度加速复合浆体水化反应,结合Knudsen方程线性拟合得到了更为理想的粉煤灰-水泥复合浆体完全水化放热量(Qmax)。粉煤灰-水泥复合浆体整体水化程度随粉煤灰掺量的提高、养护温度的升高和水胶比的增大而增大。
The chemical combined water content method and the hydration heat method were used to study the integral hydration degree of fly ash-cement compounds(namely FA-C)with different amount of fly ash, different curing temperatures and variable water ratios. Through decoupling analysis of hydration products,we got the chemically combined water content of fly ash-cement compound pastes under the theoretical hydration. Combined with linear extraction by Knudsen equation, we got a more ideally entirely hydration heat of FA-C through improving the curing temperature to accelerate the reaction of FA-C. The integral hydration degree of FA-C increases with the rising of content of fly ash, the curing temperature and the water ratio.
