为了研究对流和辐射对内含环形空气间隙的某火箭发射装药的非稳态温度场的影响,对装药温度场进行了数值模拟.以N—S方程为控制方程,将辐射换热量处理成能量方程中附加源项的形式,采用SIMPLE算法求解N—S方程,得到了装药的非稳态温度场.将计算结果与2种简化模型(不考虑对流和不考虑辐射模型)的计算结果进行对比.结果表明,该文实验条件下,辐射换热对装药温度场的影响明显大于对流对装药温度场的影响.
In order to study effects of convection and radiation on unstable temperature field of rocket charge with annular clearance in the interior, the charge temperature field was simulated. A mathematical and physical model for internal heat transfer of the charge was established. Taking N-S equations as control equations, radiation energy was dealt with as additional source term in discrete energy equation. N-S equations were solved by SIMPLE algorithm, and the charge temperature field was obtained. The result was separately compared with those of two simplified calculation models, one of which ignores convection and the other ignores radiation. The comparison indicates that under experimental conditions of this paper, the effect of radiation is much greater than that of convection.
