为了研究电热化学发射中等离子射流的自身特性,采用数字高速录像系统对毛细管等离子射流在大气中的扩展过程进行了实验测试.获得了不同放电电压下,等离子射流在大气中扩展过程的时间序列图以及等离子射流在大气中扩展的轴向和径向位移曲线,计算了不同放电电压下等离子射流的轴向和径向速度.研究结果表明:等离子射流在大气中扩展时,速度具有波动性,轴向速度波动时,后一个波峰低于前一个波峰;射流头部出现强烈的湍流耗散现象;放电电压增大时,等离子体射流径向扩展到最大位移时,径向与轴向位移比增大,而所经历的时间与整个脉冲射流时间之比减小.
In order to study the properties of plasma jet in electrothermal chemical propulsion,an experiment was performed to test the process of plasma jetting into air by using high-speed digital camera.The time-sequence photos of plasma jet were obtained under different discharge voltages,and the axial and the radial displacements of plasma jet were handled out.The axial velocity and the radial velocity of plasma jet were calculated.The results indicate that the velocity of plasma jetting in air is fluctuant,and the latter peak is smaller than the former one in the axial speed curve.The turbulent dissipation is very strong at the head of plasma jet.When the discharge voltage increases,the ratio of radial displacement to axial displacement increases at the time of radial displacement of plasma jet developing to the maximum,and the ratio of its period to the whole period of the pulse plasma jet reduces.
