为了解决桃砧木‘新疆毛桃’扦插育苗生根率低的问题,提高桃育苗效率和苗木质量。以1 a生‘新疆毛桃’自根苗为试材,研究了埋干幼化、吲哚丁酸(IBA)质量浓度、时间和扦插基质对生根的影响。结果表明,在牛粪和壤土以2:3为比例混合的基质中,用质量浓度为500 mg·L^-1的IBA处理,经过幼化处理的‘新疆毛桃’生根率为97.8%,平均生根数为61.7条、平均根长77.8 mm,生根指数为469.9。埋干幼化处理可大幅度地提高‘新疆毛桃’扦插生根率,实现毛桃良种的快速高效繁育。
In order to solve the problems of low rooting rate and improve nursery efficiency,cutting rooting of peach was studied using different treatments. One-year-old root seedlings of Prunus persica( L.) Batsch were used as experimental materials,and the influences of rejuvenating submerged stem with different concentration of IBA,and various rooting substrates on cutting rooting were analyzed.The results showed that in the cow dung and loam( 2∶ 3,V∶ V) mixed matrix,the average rooting rate of Prunus persica( L.) Batsch under 500 mg·L^-1IBA treatment was 97. 8%,the root numbers were61. 7,the root length was 77. 8 mm,and root index was 469. 9,respectively. The rooting rate of the peach cuttings was greatly improved by rejuvenating stem after submerging,and the rapid propagation of peach could be realized with this above method.
