目的研究雷米芬太尼对无痛、内脏痛及切口痛三种小鼠模型痛觉的影响。方法60只小鼠随机均分为无痛组(N组)、内脏痛组(As组)和切口痛组(I组),各组再均分为两个亚组,分别腹腔注射雷米芬太尼0.09mg/kg(NR组、AsR组和IR组)或等容量生理盐水(NC组、AsC组和IC组)。测定各组给药结束后1、2和4h时的热缩足反射潜伏期(PWTL)(As组给药结束后1h的PWTL除外)及As组给药结束后1h内扭体次数。结果给药结束后2h和4h时,NR组PWTL较NC组缩短(P〈0.05),AsR组扭体次数较AsC组减少(P〈0.05)。给药结束后2h时,AsR组PWTL较AsC组延长(P〈0.05)。给药结束后1、2和4h时,IR组PWTL均较IC组缩短(P〈0.05)。结论雷米芬太尼可致无痛和切口痛模型小鼠痛觉过敏,而对内脏痛模型小鼠具有镇痛作用。
Objective To explore the effect of remifentanyil on algesia in mice models with different kinds of pain.Methods Sixty mice were randomly and equally divided into three model groups of N(without pain),As(with visceral pain)and I(with incision pain).Each group was equally divided into two subgroups.The subgroups of NR,AsR and IR were intraperitoneally injected remifentanyil 0.09mg/kg,and those of NC,AsC and IC were given the same volume of normal saline instead of remifentanyil.The paw withdrawal thermal latency(PWTL)was measured at 1,2and4 hours after drug delivery in subgroups of N and I and 2,4hours after drug delivery in subgroups of As,respectively,and torsion times of the mice in group As were counted within one hour after drug delivery.Results PWTL in group NR was shorter than that in group NC at 2and 4hours after drug delivery(P〈0.05).The torsion times of mice in group AsR were less than those in group AsC(P〈0.05).PWTL in group AsR was longer than that in group AsC at 2hours after drug delivery(P〈0.05),which in group IR was shorter than that in group IC at 1,2and 4hours after drug delivery(P〈0.05).Conclusion Remifentanyil causes hyperalgesia in mice models with painless and incision pain,while it has analgesic effect on mice model with visceral pain.
