新疆某铜铅锌多金属矿石中,主要有黄铜矿、砷黝铜矿、方铅矿及闪锌矿。矿物嵌布特征异常复杂。原有选矿流程不能适应矿石性质的变化,直接影响到选矿的经济效益。为此,以LP-01为铜矿物的捕收剂、SN-9#+苯胺黑药混合捕收剂作为铅矿物的捕收剂、硫酸铜和丁黄药作为锌矿物的活化剂和捕收剂及石灰作为矿浆电位调整剂,并且配合使用铅矿物的组合抑制剂ZnSO4+YN,进行电位调控,进行铜、铅、锌依次优先浮选的新工艺试验研究。实验获得结果:含铜24.27%、铜回收率88.56%的铜精矿;含铅50.73%、铅回收率70.10%的铅精矿;含锌52.10%、锌回收率81.99%的锌精矿。
The Cu-Pb-Zn multi-metal complex ore mainly contain chalcopyrite,arsenic tetrahedrite,galena and sphalerite in Xinjiang.Mineral characteristics are complex.The old flotation process can't suit for this conditioning which was further affected economic benefits of the company.Therefore,serving LP-01 as collector for Copper mineral,SN-9#+Amino-D ithiophasphate as collector for lead mineral,Copper sulfate and butyl xanthate as activator and collector for Zinc mineral respectively and lime as regulator for pulp potential,and depressant combination of ZnSO4+YN for Lead mineral in Copper and Lead separation.As a result,test obtained Copper concentrate grade 24.27% at Copper recovery of 88.56%,Lead concentrate graded 50.73% at Lead recovery of 70.10% and Zinc concentrate graded 52.10% Zinc at Zinc recovery of 81.99%.
