采用熔融挤出法制备了尼龙(PA)6/热塑性聚氨酯(PUR-T)/玻璃纤维(GF)复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能及其断面形貌。结果表明,PA6/PUR-T复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量较纯PA6明显降低,PA6/PUR-T/GF复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量明显高于PA6/PUR-T复合材料,当GF质量分数超过30%时,PA6/PUR-T/GF复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸弹性模量高于纯PA6。PA6/PUR-T/GF复合材料的冲击性能也明显优于纯PA6,体现了GF和PUR-T对PA6的协同增强和增韧。
PA6/PUR-T/GF ternary composites were prepared by melt extrusion and mechanical properties and fracture morphology were investigated.It was found that the introduction of PUR-T greatly reduced the tensile strength and modulus of PA6.However,compared with PA6/PUR-T binary compound,tensile strength and modulus of PA6/PUR-T/GF ternary composites were obviously improved,and such properties were even superior to pure PA6 when the content of GF exceeds 30%.By introducing GF and PUR-T,the impact strength of PA6 was greatly improved.PA6 was simultaneously toughened,strengthened and stiffened.
