当前我国大部分企业的外部融资渠道以银行贷款为主,而＂贷款续新＂政策决定了企业是否能够继续获得银行贷款.论文选用我国非金融类民营上市公司的数据,实证分析了政治关联、制度环境差异与银行贷款续新的关系.研究发现,企业的政治关联确实为企业融资带来了便利,且政治关联对续新的作用不受地区环境差异的影响.我们还发现相同条件下,制度环境好的地区,银行处于自身规避贷款风险的角度考虑,更倾向于拒绝向民营企业提供贷款续新.

英文摘要：

Bank loans is the mainly channels of the external financing for corporations in China,and loan renewals policy determines whether a company can continue to access bank loans.By the data of Chinese non-financial listed companies in stock exchange market,the paper investigates the relationships between political connections,institutional environments and loan renewals.The thesis finds that political connections do have impacts on access to more preferential treats of bank loans.And political connections have impacts on bank loans in different institutional environments.We also found that the higher level of regional property right protection,the less powerful of the government intervention and the higher of the financial development,the less loan renewals the enterprises will get.
