Contradiction between city life and agricultural water usage during large water use period is analyzed. Scheduling problems and enlightenment of water supply from Huaishu River to Qiangwei River,water supply in Tongyu River northern extension project,water supply in Donghai and part of high area in Ganyu are put forward. References for future water supply dispatching and drought relief work are provided.
