英文摘要：

Based on the ＂push pull model＂ and ＂human technology symbiotic model＂, we designed evaluation index of Internet of Things technology competitiveness. Based on the data of the East and Midwest, empirical analysis of Gray Corre- lation Method is made. Results show that：the registered patent technicians have highest level effect for the eastern region, and sales revenue for Midwest. The concept of human technology symbiosis for the two types of regions were not strong. Finally,relevant recommendations are made.
