A total of 797 kinds of mosses from Duliu Reserve Wetland Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province were collected and identified, which belonged to 34 families, 89 genera, 263 species （including subspecies and variation）. The dominant families included Dicranaceae, Pottiaceae, Thuidiaceae and Hypnaceae etc, and the dominant genera were Fissidens, Brachythecium and Entodonas etc. Three newly recorded species were investigated, which were nominated as Distichophyllum cirratum var. elmeri （Broth.） B.C. Tan et P. J. Lin, Fabronia rostrata. Broth. and Campylium porphyriticum C. Muell.
