以形态学设计型实验“小鼠腹水肝癌淋巴道转移实验研究”为例,让医学生系统学习实验设计并亲自完成实验过程,探索设计型实验对医学生综合实验技能与创新能力的培养功能。实践证明,这种教学方式增加了学生动手操作和参与实验的机会,对调动学生学习积极性和参与意识,培养医学生的实验技能起到了积极作用。
To investigate the influence of self-directed experimental design in the development of the comprehensive experimental skills and innovative capacity, medical students enrolled in this study were requested to design research proposals independently based on a murine model system of lymphatic me- tastasis of transplanted liver tumor. It was found that such mode of learning could significantly increase the opportunities for student learning and engagement and remarkably promote their motivation and en- thusiasm in the morphological class. We concluded that self-directed research design positively con- tributed to the development of students~ experimental capacity.
