主要研究三维渗流数学模型弱解的存在性，通过求问题（In）的古典解的弱极限得到问题（I）的弱解的存在性，并得到相应的比较原则．

英文摘要：

In this paper, the existence of the weak solution of the infiltration problem （I） is discussed. By the weak limit of the classical solution of the problem （ In ） to obtain the existence of the weak solution of the problem （I）, furthermore the Comparison Principle are proved correspondingly.
