常规的基于异步电动机损耗模型的效率优化控制策略易受参数变化的影响,往往不能使电机运行在效率最优点。为解决这一问题,引入渐消记忆最小二乘递推算法在线估计损耗模型参数,提出了基于参数在线估计的异步电动机效率优化控制策略,该方法直接估计电机损耗模型的参数,避免了对电机定转子电阻和电感的辨识,简便易行。仿真研究结果表明,该参数估计算法和控制策略确保了损耗模型参数估计误差收敛。设计了基于数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407A的变频驱动实验系统,对加入参数估计算法前后的效率优化控制做了对比实验。实验结果表明,该控制策略下变频驱动异步电动机运行效率高于无参数估计算法。
The induction motors could not run at optimal efficiency because the efficiency optimization control strategy based on loss model is often affected by the variation of motor’ parameters. The efficiency optimization control strategy with on-line parameter estimation using fadeout memory recursive least-squares (RLS) algorithm is proposed to solve this problem in this paper. The parameters of the loss model are estimated instead of the stator and rotor resistances and inductances of the motor. Simulation results confirm the error convergence of parameter estimation. The laboratory setup is fabricated with DSP TMS320LF2407A. The efficiency optimization controls with/without parameter estimation algorithm are compared by experiments. The experimental results show that the motor efficiency under the proposed control strategy is higher than the efficiency without parameter estimation algorithm.
