目的 建立三七中腐霉利残留量的气相色谱检测法.方法 利用不同的提取方法和淋洗液对三七中腐霉利的添加回收率进行检测,筛选出最佳的提取方法和淋洗液.结果 以正己烷∶丙酮（4∶1,v∶v）为提取液,正己烷∶丙酮（2∶1,v∶v）为淋洗液,GC-NPD检测,回收率最高,达到80.7％.结论 可以用此法进行三七中腐霉利的提取和检测.

英文摘要：

Objective To establish a analysis methods for resudual of Procymidone in Panax Notoginseng by Gas Chromatography. Methods： For screening out the best extracting method and leacheate, this paper tested the add recovery by using different extracting methods and different leacheate. Results The best method was Hexane： acetone （4：1,v：v） as extraction solution, Hexane： acetone （2：1,v：v） as the lecching solution, and GC-NPD detection. We had the highest percent recovery that was 80.7%. So this method could be used in extraction of Procymidone in Notoginseng.
