采用直接法合成了K7CrMnW11039,利用固-气界面反应,研究了Gd对所合成样品的热扩渗。利用IR,XRD,TG-DTA对扩渗前后样品的结构进行了表征。结果表明,经稀土扩渗后,其Keggin结构已被破坏,生成了新相。测试了扩渗前后样品的电导率,扩渗后样品的电导率为扩渗前样品电导率的1×10^4倍。
K7CrMnW11O39 was synthesized in a direct method and thermal diffusing permeation of Gd to the sample was studied with the solid-gas interface reaction. The structure of the sample was characterized by IR, XRD and TG-DTA before and after diffusing permeation. The results show that Keg, gin structure is broken and transfers to a new phase after thermal diffusing permeation of rare earth elements. Conductivity of samples after diffusing permeation is 1×10^4 times higher than that of samples before diffusing permeation.
