An oral tablets contained hormone was designed for inducing the egg release of Acrossocheilus fasciatus to overcome some shortages in the current methods used in the culturing of this species,such as complex operation,high mortality of parent fish and low reproductive rate.After LHRHA2,HCG and DOM were dissolved in saline and absorbed by floating pellets,a layer of vitamin E made from duck oil was coated beyond them.This oral tablet was used to accelerate the ripening and induce the spawning of Acrossocheilus fasciatus by feeding it on these agents.Per female fish averagely spawned 677 eggs and the hatched ones reached 372 of larvae,with the fertilization rate averagely reaching 71.19% and the hatching rate 77.25%.The optimal oral dose of ripening dose for Acrossocheilus fasciatus is 7.5μg/kg（LHRH-A_2）per time and the optimal oral dose of oxytocic agent is 45μg/kg（LHRH-A_2）＋1 500IU/kg（HCG）＋18mg/kg（DOM）.
