功率超声对ZrO_2颗粒增强铝基复合材料组织及性能的影响

通过功率超声引入添加ZrO2增强颗粒的4A11熔体,制备了ZrO2颗粒增强铝基复合材料,研究了功率超声振动对复合材料微观组织、拉伸强度及热膨胀性能的影响.结果表明,功率超声能有效改善ZrO2颗粒与铝熔体的润湿性,颗粒与基体结合良好并均匀分布.复合材料的强度有大幅度提高,线膨胀系数降低了约17.5%.

英文摘要:

ZrO2 particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites were fabricated by high intensity uhrasonie method. The effect of high intensity ultrasonic treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties and the coefficient of thermal expansion of aluminum matrix composite was investigated. The results show that high intensity ultrasonic treatment is beneficial to improving the wettability and promoting the dispersion. The strength of the composite was enhanced significantly, and the coefficient of linear expansion nearly decreased by 17.5%.
